Building Surveys

As Chartered Building Surveyors, iCON Building Consultancy provide an integrated range of building surveying services relating to all types of commercial buildings.  We also have significant experience carrying out inspections on both commercial and industrial properties to assist in the settlement of insurance claims.

A full building survey can be carried out on any type of property, but it is particularly recommended on older properties, properties of non-traditional construction, poorly maintained properties or those that have been subject to significant alterations, or for commercial premises where long leases are being taken on. 

We provide a complete range of surveys to fulfil your requirements and/or those of a specific project.  We offer full building surveys with detailed and/or summary reports. Whatever type of report you instruct, all accessible parts of the property will be thoroughly inspected and reported on.

We are a totally independent firm with no links or affiliations to mortgage providers, banks, estate agencies or commercial agents. This allows us to provide genuinely impartial advice with our only focus being your interests.
